Hi, I’m Andy.

I’ve worked in hosting for more than 25 years, across both commercial and technical disciplines. Successfully holding Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success leadership roles, as well as Software development, IT and as Head of Information Security. Most recently I was Chief Customer Officer at an exited cloud software provider, serving hosting companies and MSPs.

This wide and extensive experience puts me in a unique place to evaluate the entire approach to offering globally available hosting services and help fix any problems. Since starting Cylore in 2023 I have completed diverse projects, such as helping source key employees, improving operational and technical quality, formulating commercial strategies, setting up business intelligence and leading rebranding and website relaunches.
